Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you use Bitverzo to analyze a domain, we collect:

We do not require user registration, collect email addresses, use tracking cookies, or store personal information beyond standard server logs.

Cookies

Bitverzo itself does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services we use (Google AdSense) may set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

Data We Analyze

The website analysis data we collect about third-party domains (technology stack, DNS records, SSL certificates, etc.) is publicly available information that can be obtained by anyone with a web browser and standard network tools. We do not access any private or authenticated areas of the websites we analyze.

Data Retention

Analysis reports are stored indefinitely and made publicly available. Server logs are retained for 14 days and then automatically deleted.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we collect minimal personal data (only server logs), the most relevant right is the right to request deletion of server log entries containing your IP address. Contact us at info@bitverzo.com to exercise these rights.

Data Security

We protect our systems with HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3), SSH key-based server access, automatic security updates, firewall (UFW), and intrusion detection (Fail2Ban). All security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy) are configured on our web server.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
