• Use automated tools to submit excessive analysis requests that could overwhelm our servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
• Scrape or bulk-download reports without prior written permission
• Misrepresent Bitverzo analysis results or present them as your own product

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate analysis, Bitverzo reports are generated automatically and may contain errors or outdated information. Technology detection relies on pattern matching and may produce false positives or miss technologies. Trust scores are algorithmic assessments, not guarantees of safety. You should not rely solely on Bitverzo reports for security or business decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Bitverzo name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Analysis reports may be shared and linked to freely. The underlying analysis data (technology detections, DNS records, etc.) is derived from publicly available information.

Limitation of Liability

Bitverzo is provided free of charge on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on our analysis reports.

Modifications
